Does not work with Fords in car infotainment system

This app works by running its own whole music player instead of the native Ipod one. That by itself is OK. The problem is that it doesnt work with my cars infotainment system. For example, If I want to change a playlist via my cars touch screen, the Stereophic app stops playing and the native Ipod app starts up in its place, without the equalization, of course. And If I turn off my car stereo, the Stereophonic app keeps playing, so when I return it is at some other place in my playlist than it was when I left.

The apps description says that it supports being controlled remotely, but that simply isnt true.

Also, the developer wont respond to email questions about the product. Many thumbs down for this app!

Im running on iPod Touch 5g, in a 2013 Ford Focus with the MyFordTouch infotainment system.
